I've ordered from Lilie's several times to send flowers to my mom. They always have beautiful, high quality arrangements and have great customer service. They once set the wrong bouquet by mistake, but promptly fixed the issue by sending the correct one and making it extra special at no charge. The corrected bouquet was genuinely amazing.

This is the second time I've used Lilie's Flower Shop to send flowers to my Mother on Valentine's Day. The flowers are beautiful & my Mom really liked them. This arrangement is called Kansas Cottage. I will definitely use them again next year, if not sooner. I do recommend Lilie's Flower Shop. SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!

I ordered the “Truly Stunning PREMIUM” bouquet from Lillie’s Flower Shop through Uber for my wife. The advertised photo clearly showed well over a dozen roses mixed into the arrangement. What my wife actually received? Maybe 6 or 7 roses at most, and the rest looked cheap and sparse. It looked NOTHING like what was advertised, especially for something labeled PREMIUM. I paid over $100 for a product that was completely misrepresented. What makes this worse is that this is NOT the first time this has happened. I’ve ordered from them in the past and experienced the same bait-and-switch. I stupidly gave them another chance, and they screwed me over again. To make matters worse, I can’t even get a refund through Uber because I didn’t file the complaint within 48 hours. So now I’m stuck with a product that was nothing like what I ordered. I will never order from this business again, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. If you’re expecting what’s shown in their photos, don’t bother. This shop is misleading and clearly has no problem shortchanging customers.

I ordered an arrangement for my step dad for his Aunt's visitation and funeral service. We ordered the arrangement at 8 am for the visitation that started at 1 pm the same day. His cousin sent him a pic that the flowers were delivered before the visitation, and they are beautiful. Thank you so much to Lilie's for getting the order and getting them to the funeral home all within a few hours time. Also, the arrangement is gorgeous!!! You all are very much appreciated!!!

Lilie's did the flowers for my wedding, and we were so impressed! The arrangements were gorgeous, and the flowers were vibrant and beautiful, especially appreciated for a November wedding. They understood the colors I wanted perfectly, and we loved all of it!
